Service bulletin: Steering Toggle

An incident occurred with an Aviator system during an intentional training jump. The right steering toggle was pulled through the riser guide loop and consequently jammed. This resulted in the canopy being in a constant right turn. Fortunately the individual was making a water jump and landed in the water without injury. Subsequent investigation revealed the cause of the problem.
